At Ferne Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes the fit just isn't right. We offer returns for store credit or exchange on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, you will receive an email containing your digital gift card or confirmation of your exchange shipment.
