How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Processing takes 1-2 business days before the carrier picks up your package.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that clearance items are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ferne Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international locations soon.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page features a specific size guide. Since we curate pieces from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
